摘要
在铬酸 -硫酸着色液中加入适当的添加剂后对不锈钢进行着色 ,使着色过程可以在低温或常温下进行 ,着色液的配方为 :2 5 0 g/ L Cr O3,490 g/ L H2 SO4,6 %～ 8% HR- 8。着色膜经过硬化处理后 ,其耐蚀性和耐磨性均得到提高。
A new coloring process for stainless steel has been attempted in chromic and sulfuric acid solution by adding prorer additives. As a result, the coloring process can becarried out at lovrer temperature. The corrosion nesistance and wear resistance of colored film are raised obvionsly by using hardening treatment process.
