摘要
目的探讨"名片案例签"在基础护理技能操作中的应用与效果。方法在2008级三年制护理专业328名学生中,采用"名片案例签"考核护理技能操作,通过学生和实习医院的反馈对"名片案例签"的应用效果进行评价。结果 95.3%和90.3%的学生认为能提高学习兴趣和加深理论知识学习;88.2%和88.9%的学生和实习医院带教教师认为提高了学生的应变能力;88.5%和90.1%的学生和实习医院带教教师认为提高了学生的分析问题能力;89.8%和89.7%的学生和实习医院带教教师认为提高了学生的解决问题能力;85.6%和90.6%的学生和实习医院带教教师认为培养了学生的临床思维能力。结论 "名片案例签"考核护理技能操作能提高学生的综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of "Card with Case Signed" in assessment of basic nursing skill operation. Methods Totally 328 students were randomly selected from vocational nursing students enrolling in 2008. Their nursing skill operations were assessed using "Card with Case Signed". The effects of "Card with Case Signed" were evaluated by the nursing students and the clinical instructors in the teaching hospitals. Results Among the 328 students,95.3 percent of students considered their interests in learning increased and 90.3 percent of students considered their nursing theoretical knowledge enhanced; 88.2 percent of students and 88.9 percent of clinical instructors in the teaching hospitals regarded students’ coping skills improved; 88.5 percent of students and 90.1 percent of clinical instructors thought students’ ability of analyzing problems increased; 89.8 percent of students and 89.7 percent of clinical instructors considered students’ problems solving ability improved; 85.6 percent of students and 90.6 percent of clinical instructors agreed that the students’ clinical thinking ability were cultivated. Conclusion Application of "Card with Case Signed" in assessment of basic nursing skill operation can improve nursing students’ comprehensive competency.
