摘要
开发了一种制备一氧化碳新工艺。以焦炭、纯氧和二氧化碳为气化剂 ,对气化炉做了全新设计。产物混气中CO含量达 65%～ 72 % ,不含氢气 ;CO2 利用率达 90 %。
A new technology for preparing CO by use of coke pure oxygen and CO 2 as gasification agent is developed and the gasification oven used in this process is designed newly.The mixed gas of the product contains CO 65%～72%,no H 2 and the utilization rate CO 2 reaches 90%,This process is especially suitable for preparing CO useful in carbonyl synthesis production.
