摘要
采用 CFD(Calculation of Fluid Dynamics)三维湍流场数值摸拟软件研究 PYRO- JET燃烧器和传统三通道燃烧器的冷模湍流场 ,结果表明 :PYRO- JET燃烧器的卷吸率远大于传统的燃烧器 ,中心区回流率比传统的燃烧器低 ,外风速最佳操作值应控制在 30 0 m /s左右 。
Making use of the three dimensional turbulent numerical simulation software which based on CFD technology, the turbulent fields in PYRO JET burner and traditional three channel burner were calculated. It comes to the conclusion that the ratio of entraning of PYRO JET burner is far larger than the of recirculation burner, and the ratio of recirculation in center area of PYRO JET burner is lower than that of traditional burner,and the axle velocity should be controlled under about 300 m/s when operating the PYRO JET burner and it has little influence on the ratio of recirculation gas.
