摘要
建立了测定螺旋藻中痕量硒的简便快速的示波极谱法。在 0 .6 mol· L- 1 醋酸介质中 ,硒 ( ) -对氨基苯磺酸配合物于 0 .6 3V处产生一敏锐的单扫描示波极谱波。硒质量浓度在 0~ 80 ng· (m L) - 1 范围内与波高呈线性关系。 Se的质量浓度检测限为 1.5 ng· (m L) - 1 。本法测定螺旋藻中痕量硒的回收率为 98%。与荧光法测定结果相比 ,方法对比的相对误差为 12 .0 %
The behavior of selenium p aminobenzene sulfonic acid system has been investigated. A well defined oscilloscope polarographic peak at -0.63 V was observed in a 0.60 mol·L\+\{-1\} HAc solution. The detection limit was 1.5 ng·mL\+\{-1\} Se and the linear range was 0~80 ng·mL\+\{-1\} Se. The method has been applied to the determination of trace selenium in spirulina, the recovery rate was 98%, the relative error was 12.0% compared with the method of fluorescent analysis.
