摘要
研究了系列不同间苯含量(0<Al<A2<A3)的PEIT共聚酯纤维的收缩性能,同时研究了该系列PEIT共聚酯与纯聚酯PET并列复合纤维的潜在卷曲性能.结果表明:PEIT纤维的收缩率随着热处理温度、间苯含量的增高而增大;PEIT/PET合纤维的卷曲度、卷曲弹性率随热处理温度的升高和共聚酯组分内间苯含量的增多而增大,含PEIT-A2共聚酯的复合纤维的卷曲弹性率显著高于含PEIT-A3的.
The shrinkage behavior of PEIT filament, the relationship between shrinkage behavior and aggregate structure, as well as the Latent-crimp behavior of side-by-side composite PEIT/PET filament have been studied. It reveals that shrinkage rate, crimp degree and crimp elastic recovery rate increase with the increasing isophthalate content and temperature. The crimp elastic recovery rate of conjugate filament containing PEIT-A2 copolyester appears obviously higher than that of conjugate filament containing PETT-A3 copolyester.
