摘要
综述了热致液晶聚合物 ( L CP)原位复合材料的研究近况 ,评述了含有 L CP的共混物中微纤形成的条件和影响因素 ,分析了组分高聚物的流变性能与共混体系流变性能的关系。阐明了热致液晶原位复合材料结构与性能的关系以及该类材料加工成型的流变特性。
The recent development on the in situ composite reinforced by liquid crystalline polymer was reviewed. It has been extensively recognized that the key problem of this kind of composite is the generation of fibrils with certain aspect ratio. Hence, the conditions under which the fibrils are formed and the main factors which affect the formation of fibrils have especially been discussed. The mechanism of the fibril formation was briefly described. Meanwhile, the relationship of rheological behavior between the parent components and their blend has been analysed in detail.
