广西凭祥市流动人口艾滋病感染状况调查

Survey of HIV/AIDS prevalence among migrant population in Pingxiang City

目的了解广西凭祥市流动人口人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染及相关高危行为状况。方法使用广西壮族自治区统一的务工人员(流入)调查问卷,对建筑工人、红木加工厂工人、跨境务工人群3类流动人口进行面对面调查,并采集血样5mL进行HIV、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体检测。结果共有1 208人接受调查,HIV、梅毒、HCV感染率分别为0.50%、2.40%、1.24%;跨境务工人群的HCV感染率高于其他人群(χ2=8.62,P<0.01);建筑工人的梅毒感染率高于其他人群(χ2=8.82,P<0.05)。艾滋病知识知晓率为80.44%。9.3%的男性调查对象最近1年曾嫖娼,且建筑工人的嫖娼比例高于其他两类人群(P<0.01)。2.3%的调查对象最近1年曾与非商业临时性伴发生性行为,0.3%的调查对象曾经吸毒。结论凭祥市流动人口HIV尚处于低流行阶段,但相关的危险行为已经存在,需不断开展干预和综合防治工作。

Objective To measure the HIV/AIDS prevalence and related risk behavior among migrant population in Pingxiang City.Methods Face-to-face questionnaire for migrant workers designed by Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region was used to investigate construction workers,mahogany factory workers and cross-border workers,and 5 mL blood was collected from every worker for HIV,syphilis and HCV testing.Results One Thousand two hundred and eight workers were surveyed,and prevalence of HIV,syphilis and HCV was 0.50%,2.40% and 1.24%,respectively.Infection rate of HCV in cross-border workers was higher than that in the others,and infection rate of syphilis of construction workers was higher than that in the others.The proportion of correctly answering HIV-related knowledge was 80.44%.Nine point three percent workers had commercial sex last year,and this proportion of construction workers was higher than the others.Two point three percent workers had occasional sex in the last year,and 0.3% workers ever used drugs.Conclusion Though the prevalence of HIV/AIDS of migrant workers was low in Pingxiang City,high-risk behaviors existed.Prevention and education should been taken in the future wok.
