前颅窝底混合性生殖细胞瘤一例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 颅内生殖细胞瘤约占颅内肿瘤的1%～2%,常见于松果体区,其次为鞍区、丘脑和基底节区,而生长于大脑半球的生殖细胞瘤罕见[1]。现对我院近年收治的1例前颅窝底混合性生殖细胞瘤患者诊治情况总结如下。1病历摘要1.1病例资料：男性,11岁,记忆力下降1年余,右侧肢体活动不灵半年为主诉入院。
