急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清NT-ProB型脑钠肽与高敏C反应蛋白的变化

摘要 急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者病情变化快、临床表现及危险性差异大,故早期识别ACS高危,对ACS患者进行危险分层和预后判断具有重要意义。B型脑钠肽（BNP）是1988年日本学者发现的一类由32个氨基酸组成的多肽类心脏激素,主要由心室分泌,在利尿、扩血管、降血压。
