氧杂环茂钛催化剂用于苯乙烯间规均聚合 被引量:2

OXYGEN-HETEROCYCLE-CONTAINING TITANOCENE FOR STYRENE SYNDIOTACTIC POLYMERIZATION

摘要 报道了茂基三 (四氢呋喃甲氧基 )钛 [Cp Ti( OCH2 -O) 3- cat]的合成。研究了 cat/ MAO(甲基铝氧烷 )催化体系对苯乙烯的均聚合。考察了温度、苯乙烯浓度、Al/ Ti摩尔比等对聚合反应的影响。发现使苯乙烯最有效均聚合的温度为 65℃ ,在研究的温度范围 ( 30℃~ 70℃ )内 ,随温度升高聚合物的间规指数增大 ,但分子量有所降低 ,提高苯乙烯的浓度有利于聚合反应的进行 ,以及 Ai/ Ti比会严重影响聚合结果。 In this paper the synthesis of η 5 cyclopentadiencyl tri(tetraphdrogenfurfuryloxyl) titanium [CpTi(OCH 2- O ) 3-cat] was reported. The syndiotactic homopolymerization of styrene with cat/methylaluminoxane(MAO) was performed. The effects of temperature, styrene concentration and Al/Ti molar ratio on polymerization were investigated. It was found that the optimum polymerization temperature is 65 ℃. With the temperature going up from 30 ℃to 70 ℃, the syndiotactic index of polymer is increased and the molecule weight is come down. The polymerization results were affected seriously by Al/Ti molar ratio.
