摘要
采用 in- situ水溶液聚合法合成聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂 ,研究了引发剂用量、交联剂用量、反应温度和 Na Cl用量对树脂吸水性能的影响 ,得出吸水率 ( Q)与交联剂用量 ( Cc,交联剂相对单体的摩尔分率 )之间存在 Q=1 .99C- 0 .72 6c 关系。 Na Cl对聚合反应具有加速作用 ,使反应时间大幅度缩短 ,但树脂的吸水率未受明显影响。
High water absorbent poly(sodium acrylate) was prepared by in situ aqueous solution polymerization. The influences including initiator content, crosslinker content, polymerization temperature and NaCl content on absorption capacity was studied. The water absorbency( Q ) and amount of crosslinker( C c, mol crosslinker/mol monomer) has the following relation Q =1.99 C -0.726 c. NaCl has acceleration effect on polymerization, reaction time can be shortened substantially, and the superabsorbents still has good water absorbency.
