摘要
以 2 ,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 ,对苯二酚为原料 ,以二氧六环 ,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂 ,- NCO/- OH=1 /1 0~ 1 /4( mol/mol) ,反应温度 60~ 80℃ ,反应时间 4~ 8h,采用红外定性跟踪反应过程。经红外光谱、1H-核磁共振谱和元素分析等方法的确定 ,合成出了高纯度的氨酯单体 :双 ( 4′-羟苯基 ) - 2 ,4-甲苯二氨酯 ,以氨酯单体、丁二醇和对苯二甲酰氯为原料的溶液聚合得到新型的液晶聚氨酯。这就改变了先合成含酯键的介晶二醇或二酚 ,再与二异氰酸酯反应得到液晶聚氨酯 -酯的传统方法。
A New molecular disign method on LCPU was first advanced that the synthesis of LCPU was from non mesogenic monomers, and the formation of mesogenic cores in liquid crystalline polyurethane(LCPU) chain was during the polymerization process. A new diphenol monomer (bis(4′ hydroxy phenyl) tolylene 2,4 diurethane)(BHPTU) was obtained by reaction of 2,4 tolylene diisocyanate with hydroquinone in dioxane or N,N dimethyl acetamide on 60~80 ℃ for 4~8 h. The reacted process was monitored by FT IR and the product was investigated by 1H NMR and elementary analysis(EA), and a novel liquid crystalline poly(urethane ester)s(LCPUEs) were prepared by the copolymerization of BHPTU with 1,4 butanediol and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC). All the LCPUEs synthesized showed nematic LC nature.
