含氯甲基大孔径苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯微球的制备与表征 被引量:4

摘要 :采用后聚合方法 ,通过氯甲基苯乙烯 ( VBC)与大孔径苯乙烯 -二乙烯基苯 [P( St- DVB) ]交联树脂球粒中剩余双键的接枝悬浮聚合 ,制备出了氯甲基化大孔径 P( St- DVB)树脂。用压汞法和扫描电子显微镜 ( SEM)表征了树脂的孔结构 ,接枝共聚反应的发生用红外光谱法予以证实 ,用元素分析测定了树脂的含氯量 ,考察了 VBC用量及溶胀剂对后聚合反应及产物结构的影响。 Using macroporous microbeads of styrene(St) divinylbenzene(DVB)[P(St DBV)]and vinylbenzylchloride(VBC) as starting materials, the title resins were prepared by post copolymerization of VBC to P(St DVB), and the grafting reaction of VBC on P(St DVB) was confirmed by Infred red spectra and elementary analysis, pore volume and pore size distribution were measured by mercury porosimetry, bead textures were observed using scanning electron microscope. The influences of VBC content and different kind of swelling agents upon chlorine contents, the ratios between grafted and total PVBC and pore volume were investigated. Results show that the morphology of beads and pore lume and pore size distribution are not changed much by post copolymerization, and with the increasing of VBC/P(St DVB), grafted PVBC and chlorine content f resin increases, while grafted PVBC relative to total PVBC decreases; heptane leaded to higher yields of grafted PVBC on the resin than toluene when they are used as swelling agent.
