摘要
研究了炭黑 -聚酯复合型导电高分子材料的电阻率随炭黑填充率及加工成型工艺变化的关系及其伏安特性和力学性能。实验结果表明 ,材料的电导率较高 ,具有非线性伏安特性和负温度系数效应 ,主要用作导电材料和电阻材料。
The conducting carbon black polyester (CB PET) composite was made by mixing PET and carbon black in the machine. The changes of resistivity of the material with the carbon black filling fraction and the processing technology were studied. The experiment results show that the CB PET composite possesses a higher conductivity, a nonlinear characteristic of current voltage, a negative temperature coefficient as well as a better heat resistance. CB filling fraction effects evidently on mechanic property of the material. It would be better that CB filling fraction is below 25 mass% for actual application. The CB PET composite can be used as electric conductive or resistive material in electrocaloric products and many other fields.
