摘要
:[目的]探讨宫颈癌根治放疗引起的不良反应和并发症及其处理、预防对策。[方法]对67例根治放疗患者放疗期间和随访的观察结果进行分析。[结果]治疗期间出现不良反应者45例 ,治疗后出现并发症者34例。通过相应对症治疗后 ,得到不同程度的减轻或缓解。[结论]通过改进治疗技术(内外剂量的合理分配及疗中疗后辅助处理)有可能使这些放疗副作用得到减轻和缓解 。
