摘要 DNA甲基化类型改变是人类肿瘤中最常见的基因变化之一 ,癌基因的低甲基化与抑癌基因的高甲基化在肿瘤发生、发展中的基因表达调控。 The alteration of DNA methylation types is one of the most common genetic changes in human tumor genome The hypermethylation of tumor suppression gene and hypomethylation of oncogene may play an important role in maintenance of the stability of gene structure and the regulation of gene expression during the generation and development of tumor
