欧债危机对我国外债管理的启示及相关政策建议

The Inspiration and Policy Proposals for China's External Debt Management from the Lessons of European Debt Crisis

目前,欧债危机仍在进一步恶化,这给全球金融市场与实体经济造成了巨大影响。尽管此次欧债危机并未对中国造成直接冲击,但毋庸置疑的是,当前我国的外债管理体制也存在一定的问题。因此,本文在深入研究我国外债管理中存在的问题的基础上,进一步分析了欧债危机对我国外债管理的启示,并就加快推进我国的外债管理体制改革提出了相关政策建议。

At present,the situation of debt crisis in Europe is worse and worse,which caused a huge infl uence on global fi nancial markets and real economy.Although there is no direct impact on China from this European debt crisis,it is no doubt that China＇s foreign debt management system has problems.Therefore,on the basis of the in-depth study on the problems of China＇s external debt management,this paper analyses the revelation of the European debt crisis on China＇s external debt management,and proposes the relevant policy recommendations for accelerating the reform of China＇s foreign debt management system.
