The efficient operation of the payment and settlement system of Jilin Province played a positive role in promoting local economic development.Based on the research of operation of the payment and settlement system of Jilin Province and its relationship with local economy and fi nance,this paper analyzed the constraints factors of the development of payment system business in depth,and put forward policy recommendations.
