自动加油系统在某型高机动电源车的应用设计

Design of Automatic Oiling System for the 3×3 kW High Mobile Power Source Vehicle

从提升电源车自动化保障程度角度出发,阐述了在电源车内加装自动供油系统的必要性,针对电源车内部布局特点,分析了储油箱位置选取和结构工艺要求,提出了最佳方案,并给出了自动加油控制电路的原理框图,介绍了自动加油系统油位保护功能,目前该项设计已实际应用。

This paper described the necessity of adding automatic oiling system for the mobile power source ve- hicle from improving the level of automotive power supply guarantee. It also discussed the structure technology re- quirements and analyzed how to install the oil storage tank sets according to the characteristics of interior layout. Then, it promoted the best solution, presented the principle block diagram of automatic control circle and intro- duced the oil level protection . At present, the design had been applied successfully.
