摘要
为提高电站新装备的维修能力,缩短训练时间,节约训练成本,设计开发了康明斯电站装备实物仿真训练系统。系统通过实装操作和动画模拟康明斯电站的启动、运行过程以及电能参数的变化情况,实践证明,该系统的应用大大提高了电站专业技术人员的学习效率和实践操作能力,同时降低了器材和油料损坏,减少了噪音污染。本文主要介绍该系统电气控制部分的总体结构和部分电路的设计。
In order to improve the maintenance ability of new power station equipments, reduce time and cost of training, practicality simulation training system of Cummins power station equipment has been designed. This sys- tem simulates the Cummins power station' s starting , operating process and parameter of electric energy. According to the practice, not only the study and practice efficiency of students has improved, but also reduces the equip- ment' s wastage and noise pollution. This paper introduces the electrical control part' s construction and design of circuit.
