为了提高控制柜的生产效率和质量、降低加工劳动强度,结合实际,详写了控制柜工艺特点、存在问题、原因分析,利用新技术、新工艺对原面板工艺进行改进,实施效果良好,得到了同行的认可及推广。

The control panel processs characteristic was described in detail. The problem was introduced and the reason was analyzed. For enhancing productivity and quality of control panel, reducing the work intensity, the old process of control panel was improved by using new technology and new process. Implementing effect is very good and gets the peers recognition and promotion.
