Discussion on the Practicality of Single-layer myometrial Suture at Cesarean Section

目的 探讨子宫下段剖宫产术子宫肌层切口单层缝合法的优越性和可行性。方法 将100例剖宫产产妇随机分两组 ,即子宫肌层单层缝合组和传统双层缝合组 ,观察两组子宫切口缝合时间、剖宫产手术时间、术时出血量及术后恢复情况。结果 单纯缝合子宫切口缝合时间明显缩短 (P<0.05) ,两组手术时间、术时出血量及术后恢复情况均无显著性差异。结论 子宫肌层单层缝合方法是安全有效的 ,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the practicality of single-layer myometrial suture at cesarean section. Methods 100 a cesarean section cases were randomly divided into single-layer myometrial suture(group 1)and two-layer myometrial suture(group 2). Observations were made on the myometrial suture time, operation time, blood loss and morbidity. Results The myometrial suture time of group l was significantly less than that of group 2(P<0.05). The difference in operation time, blood loss and morbidity was not significant. (P>0.05) Conclusion The single-layer myometrical sutrue at cesarean was a safe and effective technique in cesarean sections.
