经辐射处理离体血在保存期内红细胞与血小板参数的变化

摘要 目的 研究不同剂量60Co-γ 射线辐照离体血后在保存期内对红细胞与血小板诸参数的影响。方法 应用60Co-γ 射线单次均匀照射 ,总剂量分别为15、20、25、30和35Gy。应用SysmexF -800血液分析仪测定照射前后及保存第3、7、14和21天的红细胞诸参数 ,包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞 (RBC)、红细胞平均容量 (MCV)、红细胞比积 (HCT)、红细胞分布宽度 (RDW) ;以及血小板诸参数 ,包括血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板体积 (MPV)和血小板分布宽度 (PDW)。结果 各剂量组在照射后即刻、第3、7、14和21天 ,红细胞与血小板诸参数值相互间比较及分别与未照射组比较无明显差异 (P>0.05) ;红细胞诸参数值不随保存期延长而变化 ,而各剂量组与未照射组MPV和PDW值分别从第7天起逐渐增大 ,与照射后即刻或保存第1天相互比较有明显差异 (P<0.05-0.01)。结论 60Co辐照后对血液的红细胞及血小板诸参数无明显影响。 ?Objective To study the effect of various doses of 60Co radiation on the parameters of red blood cells and platlets during the preservation period.Methods The doses of 60Co radiation were divided into 15,20,25,30 and 35 Gy.Using Sysmex F-800 blood analytical instrument to determine the parameter alterations of red blood cells and platlets before radiation and on 3rd ,7th,14th and 21st days after radoation.The parameters of RBC consisted of Hb,RBC MCV,MCHC,HCT and RDW.The parameters of platlets included PLT,MPV and PDW.The parameters of red blood cells and platlets were compared among different dosage groups and with that of unradiation group.Results Among various dosage groups,the parameters of RBC and platlets showed no significant changes on 3rd,7th,14th and 21st days after radiation.They also showed no significant changes compared with that of unradiation group(P>0.05).The parameters of RBC did not change with the prolongation of preserving period.Both MPV and PDW in radiation groups increased gradually from 7th day on as compared with that of immediately and on the 1st day after radiation(P<0.05-0.01).Conclusion 60Co radiation did not show significant changes upon parameters of RBC and platlets. 〔
