建筑企业客户关系能力对建设项目绩效的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着市场竞争的日益激烈,建筑企业应培育强大的客户关系能力,建立与业主之间的良好合作关系,提高建设项目绩效。在强调客户关系管理重要性的基础上,阐述建筑企业客户关系能力的内涵,分析客户关系能力的构成,包括客户关系支撑能力和客户关系行为能力。此外,建立建设项目绩效评价指标,包括“硬绩效”和“软绩效”。最后,分析建筑企业客户关系能力对建设项目绩效的影响机理,提出研究假设。
