我院精神病住院患者镇静催眠药应用的时点调查分析

Time Point Investigation of the Use of Sedative-hypnotic Drugs in Psychotic Inpatients of our Hospital

目的:了解我院住院患者镇静催眠药应用现状。方法:采用时点调查法,选取2012年2月2日14时所有住院患者1296例,调查镇静催眠药的应用情况。结果:住院患者中36.88%的患者服用镇静催眠药,其中苯二氮类药物是临床首选的镇静催眠药。连续使用时间超过90天者占21.48%。结论:我院住院患者镇静催眠药使用基本规范。

Objective：To investigate the current situation of the use of sedative-hypnotic drugs in psychotic inpatients in our hospital.Methods：Taking Feb 2nd of 2012 as the investigation date and using the time point investigation method to indagate the application of sedative-hypnotic drugs in 1 296 cases of psychotic inpatients.Results：Of the inpatients 36.88% administered the sedative-hypnotic drugs among which benzodiazepines（BDZs） was the first choice in clinical use,and 21.4% inpatients used the sedative-hypnotic drugs continuously for over 90 days.Conclusion：The use of sedative-hypnotic drugs in psychotic inpatients of our hospital was reasonable.
