HPLC测定复方甘草片中甘草酸含量

Content Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Compound Liquorice Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立应用高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草片中甘草酸含量的检测方法。方法：色谱柱Kromasil-Cl8柱,规格：4.6mm×150mm,粒度：5μm,柱温：25℃,流动相：乙腈-0.05%磷酸（36：64）,流速：1.0mL/min,检测波长：250nm,进样量：10μL,以峰面积外标法定量。结果：甘草酸浓度在48.8~585.7μg/mL有较好的线性范围,回归方程为Y=5604.4X-15029（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.1%（n=6）,RSD=0.42%。结论：此方法适用于测定复方甘草片中甘草酸的含量。

Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in compound liquorice tablets by HPLC.Methods：The Kromasil-C18（4.6 mm × 150 mm） separation column was used with the column temperature at 25℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid（36：64）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the UV detection wavelength was at 250 nm,and the sample volume was 10 μL.The external standard method of peak area was employed for quantitative analysis.Results：A good linearity was obtained in the range of 48.8 ～ 585.7 μg/mL,regression：Y = 560 4.4 X-150 29（r = 0.999 9）,the average recovery was 100.1%（n = 6,RSD = 0.42%）.Conclusion：This method is good for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in compound liquorice tablets.
