摘要
目的:建立应用高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草片中甘草酸含量的检测方法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil-Cl8柱,规格:4.6mm×150mm,粒度:5μm,柱温:25℃,流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸(36:64),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:250nm,进样量:10μL,以峰面积外标法定量。结果:甘草酸浓度在48.8~585.7μg/mL有较好的线性范围,回归方程为Y=5604.4X-15029(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.1%(n=6),RSD=0.42%。结论:此方法适用于测定复方甘草片中甘草酸的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in compound liquorice tablets by HPLC.Methods:The Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm) separation column was used with the column temperature at 25℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(36:64),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the UV detection wavelength was at 250 nm,and the sample volume was 10 μL.The external standard method of peak area was employed for quantitative analysis.Results:A good linearity was obtained in the range of 48.8 ~ 585.7 μg/mL,regression:Y = 560 4.4 X-150 29(r = 0.999 9),the average recovery was 100.1%(n = 6,RSD = 0.42%).Conclusion:This method is good for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in compound liquorice tablets.
