Surgery of improveing rectus linear tucking

目的 介绍改良直肌线状折叠术。方法 对 42例共同性水平斜视施行改良线状折叠术 ,并以常规手术作对照。对两组术后效果作比较。结果 2 9例外斜视术后正位比例为 75 .9% ,13例内斜视术后正位比例92 .3% ,与对照组比较均无显著性差异。结论 改良直肌线状折叠术操作简便 ,能够精确计算手术量 ,可以作为截除缩短术式的替代方法。

Objective To introduce a surgery of improveing rectus linear tucking.Method of 42 cases concomitant level strabismus were taken the surgery of improveing rectus linear tucking and compared with the routine surgical group.Results The surgical orthoptic value of 29 cases exotropia was 75.9% and of 13 cases esotropia was 92.3%.It was no different from comparison group.Conculusion The operation of improveing rectus linear tucking was not only sipmple but also could account surgical quantum.It can be a substitute method for resection.
