摘要
目的 探讨提高预设人工晶体 (IOL)屈光度准确性的方法。方法 对 2 2 0例超声乳化联合 IOL 植入术前的白内障患者 ,应用 A超测量眼轴、曲率计测量角膜曲率 ,根据 SRK 公式计算及预设 IOL 屈光度 ,分析其术后的屈光状态与术前 IOL 屈光度预设的关系。结果 术前计算 IOL 屈光度平均为 17.89± 3.5 5 D,预设 IOL 屈光度平均为 18.33± 3.73D。术后屈光状态 :正视者 2 0 2例 (91.82 %)、轻度近视 (- 0 .5 D~ - 2 .0 D) 16例 (7.2 7%)、轻度远视 (+ 1.0 D) 2例 (0 .95 %)。结论 术前精确地测量眼轴及角膜曲率 ,根据 SRK 公式计算 ,并根据术者经验适当调整预设 IOL 屈光度 ,可以提高预设 IOL
Objective To explore the method to increase forecasting the accurate of intraocular lens(IOL) diopter before operationMethods The axis of eye and corneal curvature of 220 cases in cataract were measured by ophthalmic.A scan and keratometer before phacoemulsification and implantation IOl.The diopter of IOL was forecasted according to the formula of SRK Ⅱ The accurate of IOL diopter was tested after phacoemulsification and implantation IOl.Results Average calculate diopter of IOL was 17.89±3.55D average forecasted diopter of IOL was 18.33±3.73.The state of refraction after operation was 202 cases (91.82%) in emmetropia 16 cases (7.27%) in low myopina (-0.25D~-2.0D),2 cases (0.95%) in low hypermetropia (+1.0D)Conclusion Accurately measured the axis of eye and corneal curvature,forecasted the diopter of IOL according to the formula of SRK Ⅱ,and proper adjusted the diopter according to the experience of operator can increase the accurate of forecasted IOL.
