摘要
传统的丁醇发酵由于其产量和产率都较低,制约了生物丁醇的发展。代谢工程以系统生物学为基础,为生物丁醇生产菌种的改造提供了合理的依据。介绍了丁醇发酵的菌种与丁醇的生物合成途径,综述了代谢工程方法在生物丁醇生产中的应用及其最新研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The low yield and productivity of butanol in the traditional fermentation inhibit the development of biobutanol industry. Metabolic engineering, which is based on the systems biology, provides a reasonable basis for the strain manipulation. This paper introduces the biosynthetic pathways of the butanol and summarizes the application and latest research progress of metabolic engineering in butanol production. The prospect of biobutanol application is also proposed.
