手机屏生产线废水处理升级改造工程设计及调试 被引量:2

摘要 针对手机屏幕生产厂产生废水的特点进行污水处理升级改造工程,升级改造工程中采用了酸析加高级氧化预处理工艺+膜-生物反应器(MBR)工艺。监测数据表明,酸析槽CODCr从1 500 mg/L降到600 mg/L,生化活性从0.15提高到0.27,高级氧化装置CODCr从560 mg/L降到240 mg/L,UV254从进水0.946降低到出水0.154,降低了83.7%,SUVA从0.00675降到0.00296,降低了56.14%,生化活性可提高到0.34,MBR中CODCr去除率可达到60%,出水均达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准。 Based on the characteristics of the production of wastewater for mobile phone screen plant, the upgrading and reconstruction project of sewage treatment are carried out. According to the wastewater quality, the adidolysis- advanced oxidation pretreatment-membrane bioreactor (MBR) process is used in this study. The results show that,when the CODcr in acidolysis tank decreases from 1 500 mg/L to 600 mg/L, the biochemical activity increase from 0. 27 to 0. 15. When CODcr in advanced oxidation unit decreases from 560 mg/L to 240 rag/L, UV2~ of the wastewater decreases from O. 946 to 0. 154. UV254 of the wastewater is reduced by 83.7%. SUVA of the wastewater decreases from O. 00675 to 0. 00296 and SUVA of the wastewater is reduced by 56. 14% and m( BOD5 )/m(CODcr) rises to 0. 34. The removal rate of CODer in MBR can reach 60%. The final effluent discharge can meet GB 8978--1996 "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" Grade Ⅲ.
