生物样品中非对称性二甲基精氨酸含量检测的方法学进展
Advances in methodology for measurement of asymmetric dimethylarginine levels in biological samples
摘要
非对称性二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)是一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的内源性竞争性抑制剂,可引起血管内皮细胞功能紊乱相关疾病。本文从方法学角度,归纳了非对称性二甲基精氨酸的检测技术,并探讨该领域的最新进展。
