摘要
本文以中山移动营业厅视频监控服务为应用背景,通过对数字视频监控中的数字视频压缩、网络传输等相关技术进行分析研究,设计实现了一个集成式、多功能、综合性的数字视频监控系统。测试结果和实际应用表明,系统运行稳定可靠。
This paper use the video monitoring service of Zhongshan mobile business hall as application background, designed a digital video surveillance system by means of researches and analyzes the related technology of digital video compression and network transmission in the field of digital video surveillance. The test results and practical application show that the system is running stably and reliably.
