农村牧区公路建设资金使用中存在的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures on the use of highway construction fund in rural pastoral area

随着经济的不断发展,国家把农村基础设施建设纳入到重要的民生工程中,不断加大投资补助力度,加快发展步伐。但由于近几年来受美欧债务危机影响,国内物价上涨速度过快,致使农村公路建设成本不断增加,资金筹集的多元化,导致在使用中出现许多问题。因此,采取有效措施,加强和规范建设资金管理迫在眉睫。文章结合内蒙古自治区农村牧区公路建设资金在使用和管理中存在的问题,提出解决思路和对策。

With the continuous development of economy,our country makes rural infrastructure construction fit into important livelihood engineering,increases the investment subsidy strength and accelerates development.In recent years,effected by Us and European debt crisis,the speed of price rising in China is too fast,which lead to the increasing of rural highway construction cost,the diversification of fund raising and many problems occur in service.So,adopting effective measures,strengthening and standardizing the construction fund management is imperative.Combining with the problems in the use and management of highway construction fund in rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia,this paper proposes the solution and countermeasures.
