摘要
在公路桥梁建设中,后张法箱梁应用越来越广泛,其预制工艺较空心板复杂,稍有不慎极易出现施工缺陷,因而研究改进箱梁的施工工艺非常必要。20 m箱梁各部分厚度很薄,底板、腹板、顶板厚度只有18 cm,文章针对20 m后张法预应力箱梁施工中底模、钢筋、模板、波纹管、预埋件等容易出现的问题进行分析,提出解决方法。
Post-tensioned box beam is applied more and more extensively in highway and bridge construction.The prefabrication technology is more complex than cored slab.As a slight error can lead to construction defect,it's necessary to research the improvement of box beam construction technology.Each part of 20m box beam is thin;the thickness of bottom plate,web plate and top plate is 18cm.This paper aiming at analyzing the easily appearing problems in bed die,rebar,template and bellows of 20m post-tensioned prestressed box beam,then proposes solutions.
