Meta-Analysis of Control Studies on Leukocytopenia Induced by Clozapine and Other Neuroleptics

目的 :进一步了解氯氮平与其他抗精神病药物致白细胞减少的差异。方法 :按标准对收集的氯氮平与其他抗精神病药物致白细胞减少的对照研究论文作Meta分析。结果 :①氯氮平与其他抗精神病药物导致白细胞减少差异非常显著 (χ2 =7.2 5 7,P <0 .0 1) ;②氯氮平引起白细胞减少的机率是其他抗精神药物的 1.49倍。结论

To understand the difference in incidence of leuckoctopenia induced by Clozapine and other neuoleptics, Meta analysis was done of papers on incidence of leukocytopenia induced by Clozapine and other neuroleptics.Results showed that there was a significant difference in incidences of leukocytopenia induced by Clozapine and other neuroleptics and possibilty of leukocytopenia induced by Clozapine was 1.54 folds that of other neuroleptics.Our results suggest that Clozapine is significantly different from other neuroleptics in terms of induction of leukocytopenia.
