石斛合剂对高血糖动物模型的实验研究 被引量:14

摘要 进行石斛合剂对肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶诱发高血糖模型动物实验研究 ,结果显示 ,石斛合剂具有显著降低 2种造模动物的血糖水平 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,并使血糖降至正常水平。在肾上腺素诱发的高血糖症小鼠模型中 ,该合剂降血糖作用与西药优降糖比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;在四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖症小鼠中 ,该合剂降糖作用显著优于降糖灵 ( P<0 .0 2 ) ,且无优降糖导致低血糖的副作用。上述动物实验 ,为该药开发成治疗糖尿病的纯中药制剂奠定了药效学基础 ,具有重要的价值和意义。 The experiment of Compound Dendrobium to the animal model of hyperglycemia induced by adrenalin and carbon tetrachloride showed that,the compound could obviously reduce the blood sugar in two kinds of animal models (P<0.001)which might bring the blood sugar to the normal level.In the adrenalin inducing model group,the effect of the compound had no difference from that of glybaride (P>0.05),while in carbon tetra chloride inducing model group,the effect of the compound was obviously better than that of phenformin (P<0.02) but without the side effect of hypoglycemia.The animal experiment can lay the pharmacodynamic foundation for the development of pure TCM compounds for treating diabetes.
