摘要
脾主统血理论的提出与确立 ,是脾藏生理的重大发现 ,脾藏的这一功能 ,从认识到实践得到历代医家的验证与认同 ,本文从脾气与统血、生血与统血、气机与统血 3个方面 ,对脾主统血的机理作了深入系统的探讨。
The advance and establishment of the theory of spleen govrning the blood is one of the most important discoveries of spleen physiology.And it has been verified and approved by TCM practitioners in past dynasties from the theory and practice.In this article,the mechanism of spleen governing the blood is deeply discussed from 3 aspects,spleen Qi and governing blood,producing blood and governing blood and Qi movement and governing blood.
