摘要
为研究柳枝稷根系各生长指标在粗沙土与河沙两种栽培基质上对不同梯度氮肥的响应,在PVC管内开展了柳枝稷氮肥效应试验。结果表明:施用不同浓度的氮肥对不同土层柳枝稷的根长、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径、根干重均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。在粗沙土和河沙两种栽培基质中,在不同土层,柳枝稷的根长、根表面积、根体积和根干重最大值分别出现在N3和N4处理下;根平均直径则随着施氮水平的升高而降低。
To reveal the effects of various gradients of nitrogen fertilizer on root growth characteristics of herbaceous energy plant,switchgrass,under two types of marginal lands: gross sandy soil and pure sand,the experiment was conducted in PVC pipes.The results indicated that nitrogen fertilizer had significantly promoting effects on the root length,root surface area,root volume,average root diameter and root biomass of switchgrass in different soil depths of substrate(P0.05).The root length,root surface area,root volume and root biomass in the gross sandy soil and pure sand reached maximum in all soil depths under N3 and N4 gradient respectively;but the average root diameter decreased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer gradient.
