摘要
中国共产党几代领导集体倡导的人才观存在着相互继承和发展的密切关系,形成了当今社会以人为本的"科学人才观"。随着我国《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的公布和《国家国民经济和社会发展"十二五"规划》的制定,"科学人才观"被赋予了"贡献"、"创新"、"创造"、"价值"等新内容,"以人为本"更注重"以用为本"。本文将此作一个分析,以便进一步完善人才理论,弘扬当代新的人才观的主旋律。
Talent views promoted by generations of leadership of our party had inherited and developmental relationship mutually.They form today＇s ＂scientific view of talent＂,which is people-oriented.Along with the publishment of our country＇s National Medium-and Long-term xPersonnel Development Program（2010-2020） and the formulation of The ＂Twelve-Fifth＂ Plan of National Economic and Social Development ,＂scientific view of talent＂ has been given new contents such as ＂contribution＂,＂innovation＂,＂creation＂,＂value＂ and so on.Besides,＂people-oriented＂ focuses on ＂use-oriented＂ especially.This article will analysis about this,in order to improve the further talent theory and carry forward theme of the contemporary new talent view.
