癫痫患者撤药的研究现状 被引量：9

摘要 药物治疗仍是目前治疗癫痫的主要手段，癫痫发作得到控制后，患者及其家属最关心的是撤药问题。合理撤药对降低复发风险、减少抗癫痫药物（anti—epileptic drugs，AEDs）产生的不良反应、改善癫痫患者生活质量具有重要意义。但癫痫患者的撤药时机、撤药速度及影响撤药后癫痫复发的因素，目前尚不明确，现对癫痫患者撤药的研究现状作一综述。
