摘要
通过对宁波天一职业技术学院图书馆2005-2010年绩效评价的分析,探讨了如何构建一个科学、有效、统一的高职院校图书馆绩效评价指标体系。按照以人为本、科学性、可比性、可操作性和可推广性等原则,从财务、用户、业务流程和发展与创新等4个维度。
How to construct a scientific, effective and unified library performance index assessment system in higher vocational colleges was discussed based on the analysis of 2005-2010 performance assessment in Library of Ningbo Tianyi Vocational Technology College. The primary selection of BSC-based library performance index assessment system in higher vocational colleges was proposed from the aspects of its finance, users, service process, development and innovation, based on the principles of people-based orientation, comparability, operability and popularity.
