摘要
从外包服务驱动因素、外包活动要素两个方面,对高校图书馆业务流程外包与知识流程外包进行了对比分析,总结了两种外包模式的异同点,为今后高校图书馆开展知识流程外包提供了理论上的支持。
The professional work outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing in academic libraries were analyzed from the driving factors of service outsourcing and the elements of outsourcing activities with the difference and similarity of the two kinds of outsourcing model summed up, in order to provide the theoretical support for knowledge process outsourcing in academic libraries.
