摘要 幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori 或 Hp)是定植于胃粘膜表面与粘膜层之间的微需氧菌.自1983年 Marshall et al 首次从人胃粘膜中分离出该菌以来,大量研究表明,该菌与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、MALT淋巴瘤等慢性胃病密切相关,也与胃癌有一定关系,受到医学界的广泛重视.因此,Hp 与人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)和艾滋病的发现成为过去20 a 中最重要的医疗事件.但是 Hp 感染在不同地区、不同国家结果不一;对 Hp的毒力、基因分型、Hp 对宿主的损伤;Hp 相关性疾病的发病机制以及 Hp 对胃癌发生与发展的关系等尚未完全明确.因此,对 Hp 感染的临床意义、治疗与评价也不一致.现就 Hp 感染的诊断与治疗,结合文献进行讨论.旨在有助于临床诊疗和进一步深入开展科研工作,提高对 Hp 感染的认识与处理.
