^(14)C-尿素呼气试验的临床应用价值及其影响因素

摘要 ^(14)C-尿素呼气试验(^(14)C-UBT)已成为临床不可缺少的诊断幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp,)感染和随访疗效的方法之一.在我国,该试验已由国家药品监督管理局批准应用.本文就本试验的临床价值及其影响因素作一探讨.1 国产^(14)C-尿素呼气试验试剂和美国 PY 试剂比较美国^(14)C-UBT 已于1997-05-09由 FDA 批准临床应用.为了确定国产试剂的有用性,以100例患者作了国产试剂和美国试剂对照观察.国产试剂由上海欣科医药公司提供(国药准字X20000229批号:991111),每粒胶囊内含^(14)C-尿素1μCi。
