摘要
曲阜孔子文化会展中心结构体系为钢框架支撑体系和大跨倒三角梭形管桁架结构,本工程钢结构量大,有大量空间弯管、箱形柱、圆形劲性柱,节点复杂,吊装难度大,针对工程的这些难点,进行对策分析,合理安排施工顺序,采取合理的焊接工艺和反变形工艺,选用双机抬吊吊装工艺,利用卷扬机、倒链等工艺进行逆作法与上部结构同步进行施工,保证了工程的质量和进度要求,为工程的顺利竣工奠定了基础。
The main structure of Qufu Confucius Cultural Exhibition Center adopts steel frame supporting system and large-span inverted triangle shuttle-type tubular truss structure. In this project, the steel structure workload is huge, and there are many space bent tubes, box columns, round stiffening columns and complex nodes, causing great difficulties for lifting. Considering these construction difficulties, appropriate weldingtechnique and reverse deformation process are adopted analysis of countermeasures and reasonable arrangement of and double-crane lifting process is selected after construction sequences. Topdown construction method supported by winch and chain block is adopted to carry out synchronous construction with the upper structure. Engineering quality and construction schedule are ensured, paving a solid foundation for successful completion of the project.
