摘要
通过对当前国内经济型数控机床加工技术的分析,总结出对于复杂曲线曲面的高速加工中刀具轨迹计算所应采取的方法。提出了对于NURBS曲线曲面刀位点的计算采用对控制多边形直接进行偏距求取刀位点的方法,并在MATLAB中验证了其可行性。
Through analysis of processing technique of CNC machine used in domestic market, the paper generalised the method of calculating complex curve's tool-path in the high speed CNC machining. Also puL forward the method of offset the controlling polygon of the NURBS line, and certified the method's feasibility in the MATLAB. [ Ch ,3 fig. 11 ref. ]
