摘要
通过对立式氢炉结构特点和焊接原理进行研究,得出了立式氢炉温度场的分布和环境因素对它的影响规律,提出采用迭加原理,通过合理装架焊件和合理选用焊料,对焊接过程实施有效控制,实现多个焊件同炉焊接的新技术。以75kW立式氢炉为例,对迭加法焊接新技术的工艺可行性和可靠性进行了验证。迭加法焊接新技术,使立式氢炉的生产效率成倍提高。
Vertical hydrogen furnace structure characteristics and welding principle were investigated.The temperature field distribution and the influence of environmental factors is achieved.The superposition principle was proposed to weld multi-work pieces at the same time by properly mounting and solders choosing.The feasibility and reliability of superposition technology is experimentally verified by a 75kW vertical hydrogen furnace.The production efficiency is greatly enhanced by this new technology.
