热水型二合一石墨盐酸炉的运行情况

通过改造传统工艺盐酸炉为热水型二合一石墨盐酸炉,回收盐酸生产中产生的热量制热水。采用热水型溴化锂制冷机组制7℃水供生产用。工艺改造后,达到了节能减排预期目标。

The tradition graphite hydrochloric acid furnace was transformed into hot water style 2-in-1 graphite hydrochloric acid furnace.The hot water was used to produce 7℃ water.After process transformation,the ammonia refrigerating machine was stoped and the power consumption reduced,the energy conservation goals were achieved.
