略论大学初任教师的教学专业发展

摘要 目前,绝大多数大学初任教师是在没有教育实践的情况下开始自己教学生涯的,教学专业发展能力缺失。对大学初任教师而言,教学研究也是一种学术研究。研究大学初任教师现实的工作境遇,"内、外"兼修,探求有效的大学初任教师教学专业发展策略,帮助其顺利实现角色转换,成功实现教学专业发展,是一件迫在眉睫而且意义重大的研究课题。
